1. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse

Gymtaar maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Users must not create, share, transmit, or engage in any content or behavior that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, nationality, or disability
  • Sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexual misconduct
  • Violence or encouragement of violence
  • Abusive, defamatory, or obscene language
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Unauthorized recording, distribution, or misuse of chat or video call content

This policy applies to all chats, video calls, profiles, messages, and interactions within the app.

2. Enforcement, Moderation & Reporting

To maintain a safe environment:

  • We reserve the right to monitor, review, restrict, remove, or moderate user content where necessary.
  • Users may report abusive behavior or objectionable content directly within the app.

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination without prior notice
  • Reporting to authorities if required by law

Gymtaar takes all reports seriously and acts promptly.

3. Age Requirement

Gymtaar is intended for users aged 13 years or older (or the minimum age required by local law). Accounts found to violate age requirements may be removed.
